Operational Metrics

Monolith Action Manager was designed and built to be an operational management tool. Operations Management is ensuring that problems are found, worked, and resolved in the utmost efficient manner to reduce downtime and increasing communication. This efficiency can be tracked by two operational metrics: Mean-Time-to-Respond (MTTRespond) and Mean-Time-to-Repair (MTTRepair) generalized by calling them the "MTTRs".
